You pay into escrow
Checkout or job funding is processed by our payment partner. The Naira is held in escrow — not released to the other party yet.
They deliver
Sellers ship with a logistics partner. Providers complete the job. You can track orders or review work in your dashboard.
You confirm
Confirm delivery on a product order, or approve the job. We then release payment. If there is a problem, open a dispute instead.
We mediate if needed
Escrow remains held while SkillMart reviews evidence and confirms an outcome.
